WELLNESS EDUCATION
Program offers a variety of classes, seminars, and workshops related to wellness issues. Programs are offered throughout the year and are offered at the below address, Inova Fairfax Hospital, Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, Inova Alexandria Hospital, Inova Mount Vernon Hospital, and other Fairfax community locations such as churches and senior centers. Topics may include nutrition education, exercise programs, stress management, smoking cessation, corporate wellness, joint replacement, childbirth, and parenting classes. Program and class suggestions from the public are welcome. Class dates and locations vary, call for schedule.
